Who DOES Count as a PR

  • Friends you introduce to the Area Director opportunity
  • Acquaintances you meet and tell about the opportunity
  • Staff or readers you reach out to personally about the opportunity

Who DOESN’T Count as a PR

  • Anyone who came to you after hearing about the AD role elsewhere
  • Readers who respond to recruiting ads in your publication 
  • Anyone taking over a transferred publication from another Area Director

What You Earn for a Successful PR

  • $10,000 for each Personal Recruit who launches a new N2 publication (or relaunches an N2 Corporate publication) and earns a Qualified Commission.
  • $5,000 for each Personal Recruit who was a former Area Director and launches a new N2 publication (or relaunches an N2 Corporate publication) and earns a Qualified Commission.

Within 48 hours, one of our Franchise Development Representatives will reach out to the PR via phone to gauge their interest (see a sample phone script below).

STEP 3

If the PR shows interest in the role, they will schedule their first interview.

STEP 4

If all goes well, second and third interviews will be held.

STEP 5

When the PR accepts the role, you will be notified.

“Hi, my name is John and I’m on the Franchise Development Team with The N2 Company. We’re a nationwide company that is looking to fill a franchise role in your area. We work with [YOUR NAME] over in [YOUR AREA]. We happen to have an opening and they mentioned you might be someone who could be a possible fit.
